In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt and shipment of materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of warehouse operations.

This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Prior experience working in a warehouse setting, particularly with shipping and receiving, is highly desirable. A valid forklift certification and prior experience operating a forklift are also significant advantages.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of materials.
  • Process and track shipments, maintaining accurate records and communicating with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance warehouse operations and productivity.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably in shipping and receiving.
  • Prior forklift certification and experience operating a forklift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
