Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled EC&I Engineer to join our team at JMT Engineering Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing engineering teams, delivering complex projects, and working on R&D initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a broad engineering background, with excellent knowledge of instrumentation, automation, and process improvement. They should also have experience working in hazardous environments, familiarity with standards such as CONAH, ATEX, SIS, SIL, and the ability to work effectively in a plant environment.

This is a senior role that requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. The candidate will be responsible for leading project delivery teams, managing R&D project budgets, building client relationships, and simplifying complex problems. They will also have opportunities to progress within the company.

Requirements:
- Master's or Chartered degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of instrumentation and automation
- Experience working in hazardous environments

- Ability to work effectively in a plant environment
- Good people management skills
- Excellent communication skills
