Linsco is seeking a skilled Site Management Professional to oversee the management of on-site activities for a new build housing site in Coalville. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and a basic understanding of residential construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team in day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring that construction activities are carried out according to the project plan.
  • Help coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work flow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct safety checks and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and providing a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Implement strict quality control measures to ensure that all refurbishment works meet the high standards expected by both the company and the residents.
  • Coordinate with surveyors, inspectors, and mortgage lenders to ensure that the property meets all required standards.

Requirements:
  • SMSTS certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid certification
