Civil Engineering Site Manager

A leading Civil Engineering and Building company is seeking a highly skilled Civils Site Manager to join their East Midlands team.
The RoleAs a Civils Site Manager, you will play a key role in the success of the company's clean water infrastructure projects, including pipelines and pumping stations. Your responsibilities will include programme management, subcontractor management, and client engagement.
Duties- Ensure accurate construction drawings are communicated to site teams for layouts, material measurements, and other critical tasks.
- Verify that setting out is accurate, providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site.
- Drive project progress and ensure programme deadlines are met through effective influence and coordination.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, sharing knowledge and implementing improvements across the team.
- Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as necessary to support the team's success.

The PersonWe are looking for a motivated and accountable individual with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience. You should have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with excellent numeracy and IT skills.
The Experience- A degree in Civil Engineering or other industry-related qualification.
- 5+ years of relevant on-the-ground experience in the water or utilities sector.
- Numeracy and IT skills, including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- A full driving license.
