Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at WorkwithYork. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects within our client's Building Services Planned and Cyclical Investment Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including procurement, site supervision, budget management, and contract administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, surveyors, architects, and structural engineers, to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits and progress meetings to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with British Standards and Building Regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, forms of contract, and CDM regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
