A leading Main Contractor with a significant turnover is seeking to expand their Project Team and is looking for 3 Section Engineers, one for Reading, Slough, and Oxford, to support the delivery of multiple Network Rail and Crossrail Station Upgrades.
As part of the Engineering team, the Section Engineer will be responsible for managing the Quality and Assurance aspects of the works, implementing the project programme and possession plan, supervising and managing staff, operatives, and plant, and contributing to the implementation of BS11000 Collaborative Standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of Quality and Assurance aspects of the works.
- Implementation of project programme and possession plan.
- Supervision and management of staff, operatives, and plant.
- Engineering management of the works.
- Awareness and contribution to the implementation of BS11000 Collaborative Standard.
Requirements:
- A relevant Civil Engineering or Construction Related Degree/HNC/HND.
- Previous Crossrail, Network Rail, LUL or other Civil Rail project experience.
- Basic Numeracy and IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel.
- Ideally hold a PTS card.
