About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering and Retail Support Manager to join our team at Leisure (Head Office & Central Support). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our catering and retail services across the country.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership roles within retail and catering business operations, including leisure and/or 'high street' branded operations. You will be responsible for supporting all catering and retail operations, working closely with the Assistant Head of Catering and Retail to execute the catering and retail strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of catering and retail services across the country
  • Work closely with the Assistant Head of Catering and Retail to execute the catering and retail strategic plan
  • Build strong working relationships with departments across various sites
  • Analyse site performance and provide guidance and training to a team of catering and retail professionals
  • Plan and implement new store openings across the company's estate
