About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Catering and Retail Support Manager to join our team at Leisure (Head Office & Central Support). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our catering and retail services across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Assistant Head of Catering and Retail in executing the catering and retail strategic plan, with a focus on driving profitability and improving performance in line with people and planet objectives.
  • Build strong working relationships with departments across various sites, analysing site performance and providing guidance and training to a team of catering and retail professionals.
  • Plan and implement new store openings across the company's estate, including equipment and stock orders and training team members as needed.
Requirements
  • A strong historical career background in leadership roles within retail and catering business operations, including Leisure and/or 'high street' branded operations.
  • A holder of or the ability to apply without restriction, required licences to fulfil the role, such as driving, premises licence (alcohol), food safety management.
  • Able to travel to fulfil job role, with expected 4 days out of 5 travelling to sites.
