Salary
$64,000 - $80,000 per annum

Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to deliver a high-quality service to patients on mental health wards and units across Swansea Bay University Health Board. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in various specialties, including acute adult services, rehabilitation, forensic, older people's mental health, perinatal mental health, and Learning Disabilities wards.

Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for delivering a range of clinical pharmacy services, working closely with community mental health teams, and participating in Prescribing Observatory for Mental Health (POMH-UK) audits and Quality Improvement initiatives. They will also collaborate with community mental health teams to promote evidence-based prescribing and participate in the delivery of clinical pharmacy services such as lithium, clozapine, and ADHD clinics.
