Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

twentyAI is partnering with a leading consumer business to build their London-based Group Financial Planning and Analysis team. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis leader to join our team as the Head of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making
  • Lead a team of FP&A analysts to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports
  • Collaborate with senior management to evaluate business plans and provide financial insights
  • Manage and oversee the development of financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Partner with the Group Accounting and Investor Relations teams to develop and maintain financial reports and presentations
  • Provide commercial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and strategic initiatives
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and control at a corporate level or in a transaction service/deals role at a big four firm
  • Masters' degree in Finance or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree as a minimum
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, international environment
  • Proven ability to build processes and procedures that can scale during growth periods
  • Motivational leadership skills, with the ability to lead and engage employees across locations
  • Experience with business analytics tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
