Altus Partners is delighted to announce a unique opportunity for a seasoned FP&A professional to join one of the UK's fastest-growing financial services and technology firms. As the Head of Financial Performance and Planning, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and transformation through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and growth plan.
  2. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced data analysis and business intelligence to inform strategic decisions, drive revenue growth, and optimize EBITDA and cash flow.
  3. Process Improvement: Spearhead the implementation of efficient financial processes and controls, ensuring seamless execution and effective stakeholder communication.
  4. Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business unit leaders to provide actionable financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive business growth.
  5. Long-Term Planning: Own the development and maintenance of complex financial models to project future financial performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Executive Support: Provide strategic financial input to the executive team and private equity investors, ensuring transparent and timely communication on financial updates and performance reports.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior FP&A Manager or equivalent, with a proven track record of driving growth and transformation in a dynamic business environment.
  2. Finance Expertise: A strong finance education (ACA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant, or CIMA qualified) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in senior finance roles within growth organizations.
  3. Financial Services Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
  4. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, experience with financial software, and excellent PowerPoint skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
