Job Title: Graduate Surveyor

At Lambert Smith Hampton, we are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy team. As a Graduate Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our team of experienced surveyors in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gain experience and skills to work towards becoming a Chartered member of the RICS.
  • Provide support to senior surveyors on instructions and projects.
  • Undertake instructions with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Contribute to departmental financial performance targets.
  • Liaise with other LSH departments and divisions as required.
  • Represent LSH and our property services to clients.
Key Skills and Qualities:
  • Eligibility to apply for RICS Chartered membership.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
