Senior Broker Opportunity

Aon is seeking a highly-experienced Senior Broker to join our Professional Services Team in London. This role will suit a seasoned broker looking to step into a Director level position and take on more client and complex placement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and contribute to the marketing and negotiation of Professional Indemnity business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets.
  • Review submissions, lead quote broking, and present terms to clients.
  • Record broking activity in market sheets and review draft/final MRCs.
  • Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients, and establish and manage pipeline.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of market broking experience within the Professional Indemnity market.
  • Sound understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes.
  • Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service.
  • Experience of managing effective client relationships.
