Transformation Programmes Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join our team at Permanent Futures, supporting a large-scale transformation programme in the Stoke area.

This is a hybrid role with one day a week being onsite. Initially, the contract will be 6 months but with the possibility of an extension.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Minute the Transformation Board (6 weekly)
  2. Manage risk and issues registers
  3. Conduct health checks on projects to review adherence to PMO Processes
  4. Produce information and reports for governance meetings
  5. Directly support projects and programmes to enable delivery, providing guidance to Project Managers

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a local authority and possess working knowledge of MS packages, Sharepoint and Visio. Additionally, they should have experience working in a Prince2 / APM environment.

We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
