In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support for all users within the local site, as well as acting as a point of escalation for sites across the globe. You will work closely with different business units to ensure that BAU systems are running smoothly, and create accurate IT documentation for any processes amended or created.

Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting hardware aspects of the manufacturing site, including desktops, printers, telephone systems, and production machinery. Additionally, you will collaborate with global IT Teams to support multiple sites within the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years' experience in a similar IT position, preferably with experience supporting a global service desk. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with an early Friday finish, providing a great work-life balance.
