Model Booker Job Description

Office Angels is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Model Booker to join our team. As a Model Booker, you will be responsible for sourcing and booking models for fashion, commercial, editorial, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Model Sourcing: Identify and recruit talented models for our clients' campaigns.
  2. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between models and clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.
  3. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, fees, and schedules with both clients and models.
  4. Booking Management: Manage bookings, calendars, and availability of models.
  5. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, models, and agencies.
  6. Job Briefing: Ensure that models are briefed on job details and client expectations.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, payments, and travel arrangements.
  8. Talent Development: Assist new talent with profile setup and manage profile updates.
  9. Event Coordination: Coordinate with photographers for test shoots and support company events.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Previous experience as a Model Booker, Talent Manager, Talent Agent, or in a similar role within the fashion, modelling, or entertainment industry.
  2. Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency with scheduling tools and booking systems.
  6. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and talent.
