Model Booker Job Description

Office Angels is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Model Booker to join our team. As a Model Booker, you will be responsible for sourcing and booking models for fashion, commercial, editorial, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Model Sourcing: Identify and recruit talented models for various projects, ensuring a diverse range of candidates.
  2. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between models and clients, facilitating clear communication and smooth project execution.
  3. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, fees, and schedules with clients and models, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  4. Booking Management: Manage bookings, calendars, and availability of models, ensuring seamless project coordination.
  5. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, models, and agencies, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  6. Job Briefing: Ensure models are thoroughly briefed on job details and client expectations, guaranteeing a successful project outcome.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as contract management, payments, and travel arrangements, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  8. Talent Development: Assist new talent with profile setup and manage profile updates, helping them establish a strong online presence.
  9. Event Coordination: Coordinate with photographers for test shoots and support company events, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Model Booker, Talent Manager, Talent Agent, or in a similar role within the fashion, modeling, or entertainment industry.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and talent.
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  4. Proficiency with scheduling tools and booking systems, ensuring seamless project coordination.
