About the Role

This role manages our customer database, focusing on increasing data quality and compliance with relevant regulations. You will develop reporting for dealers, van centers, and field teams, ensuring effective use of data and adherence to GDPR requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

">

Customer Database

">
  • Manage our customer database, including extracts and data flows, and provide reporting on database health and campaign effectiveness.
  • Play a key role in database development, including transition to Salesforce.
  • Ensure Kia policies are adhered to and updated in line with latest legislation regarding data storage, use, and retention/deletion.
  • Support marketing and other teams, providing advice and expertise to ensure compliance and improve effectiveness.
  • Work with third parties and business partners to ensure compliance and best practice in data storage and handling.

Lead Management

">
  • Manage suppliers to distribute leads effectively to dealers and van centers.
  • Develop and generate reporting on lead management to support dealers, van centers, and field teams.

Chat

">
  • Manage suppliers to ensure effective operation of Kia Chat.
  • Develop and generate reporting on Chat follow-up and conversions, supporting dealers, van centers, and field teams.
  • Support definition and roll-out of future phases of Kia Chat.

General

">
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for all systems and processes.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal and external partners, acting as a thought partner for digital and data solutions.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to advise and support projects improving overall CRM performance.
  • Manage and authorise data requests from departments.
  • Set up regular, accurate, and meaningful reporting and metrics on data collection and database health.
  • Manage and review reports identifying trends and challenges at an early stage.
  • Develop collaborative working relationships with stakeholders and key agency partners.

Requirements

We seek candidates with a minimum 2-3 years of experience in data, strategy, or reporting roles within the Automotive or data sector. Experience with CRM system development and integrations is essential.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
