Job DescriptionWe are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to join our Customer Experience & Lease Compliance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites across the EMEA region are compliant with data center leases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Manager with cross-functional deliverables and deadlines for all lease commencements
- Support day-to-day obligations to customers regarding operations, monitoring, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in contract/lease management, commercial construction, operations management, controls/systems engineering, or customer project management
- Superior organization skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously for multiple sites
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
