Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Leasing Administrator to join our Customer Experience & Lease Compliance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all sites across the EMEA region are compliant with data center leases.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Senior Manager with cross-functional deliverables and deadlines for all lease commencements and support day-to-day obligations to customers regarding operations, monitoring, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate customer move-ins, projects, and audits.
- Manage technical leases in the data center, commercial real estate, or equivalent industry.
- Professional experience in contract/lease management, commercial construction, operations management, controls/systems engineering, or customer project management.
- Superior organization skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously for multiple sites.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to comprehend and create excerpts/actionable insights from complex legal, business, and technical documents.
