Job Description
We are seeking kind, caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of professional care staff, providing exceptional support to our clients in their own homes.
As a care assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, home help duties, and companionship care, ensuring the needs of our clients are met with kindness and patience.
We offer a flexible working schedule, competitive pay rates (£12.00 per hour basic, with opportunities to exceed £14.00 per hour including benefits), and paid travel expenses.
Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and support, including workshops and e-learning, to help you become a highly skilled care professional.
Key qualifications for this role include a clean UK driving licence, a car, and the ability to live in our community.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults, and expect all staff to share this commitment.
This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
