About the Role

The Energy Services Specialist will be responsible for coordinating energy services across England and Scotland, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of gas operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule gas servicing and repair works, monitor operatives' diaries to optimize efficiency, and plan routes.
  • Operative Management: Allocate work, raise follow-on repairs, and handle calls from operatives, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Emergency Response: Action emergency and urgent repairs in line with Sanctuary policy and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Some experience within a similar role or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions using multiple systems.
