We are currently recruiting for a Residential Officer to join our team in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of £28,749.02 - £32,710.23 per annum. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an effective housing management service, including tenancy management and enforcement. You will also support the delivery of an income collection service where needed and undertake lettings duties where required.
The successful candidate will have experience working within housing management and be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and partners. Their experience in managing mutual exchanges, permission requests, Anti-Social behaviour, Succession Requests, and Estate Inspections will be essential in ensuring neighbourhoods remain safe and clean.
