About the Job
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Ford Medical Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the practice, handling patient queries, and maintaining accurate records.
">As an Administrative Officer, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling incoming phone calls, managing appointments, and processing prescriptions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, handling new and temporary registrations, and ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
