Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Sustainable Design Leader to join our global team of experts. As a key member of our Corgan - ECHO team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing regional teams, supporting projects across various sectors, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects, workflows, staffing, and administrative tasks
  • Design and assess various projects, including health and well-being design strategies, GHG emission analysis, and sustainability assessments
  • Develop climate impact mitigation and resilience strategies
  • Work with the firm-wide team to ensure projects have the tools, resources, and strategies to maximize energy efficiency and overall sustainability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Energy, Environmental Science, Planning, Urban Design, or a closely related field
  • Master's degree in a similar field preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with a consistent track record
  • Experience in building design or engineering, including identification, analysis, and selection of integrated strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of specific building or campus scale sustainability topics
  • Experience with building environmental analysis tools and sustainability assessment frameworks
