We are seeking a highly skilled Affordable Homes Coordinator to join our social value team. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in managing our community benefits and broader social value commitments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social value management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective community benefit strategies. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community benefit strategies that meet our social value goals
  • Work closely with delivery partners to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community benefit initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our community benefit programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, urban planning, public policy)
  • Proven experience in social value management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
