About Our Team

We are a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families attending the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring exceptional customer service experiences and driving sales growth.

About the Role

As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing volunteers and staff
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment
  • Managing our online pre-loved shop on Vinted

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement, working closely with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual with a proven track record in retail management, customer service, and team leadership.

  • You will have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £22,500-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
