This exciting opportunity is ideal for experienced SAP professionals who can design and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth. As a key member of the Enterprise team, you will be responsible for shaping solution designs within the SAP Procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Transformation Expert, your primary focus will be on:

  • Developing comprehensive solution designs that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with Global Process Owners to gather, understand, and analyse business-related requirements and processes.
  • Translating these requirements into effective solutions using the best-fit applications, working closely with vendors to assess cost implications and document the complete impact.
  • Ensuring solution designs consider fit-with-standard, scalability, flexibility, future growth, and quality through review and approval of testing outcomes, assessing the impact on existing solutions for regression, and maintaining updated documentation.

You will also play a crucial role in defining and implementing optimised system architectures, planning and designing the system landscape, considering factors such as performance, security, and integration related to solutions.

In addition, you will ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems, collaborating with other architects, developers, and integration teams to design effective interfaces and end-to-end integration across solutions.

Project delivery is another critical aspect of this role, supporting delivery of projects to time, quality, and budget by participating in project planning, collaborating with 3rd party delivery partners, identifying and mitigating risks, and creating comprehensive documentation of the solution architecture and configurations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP technologies, with a strong focus within SAP Procurement.
  • Strong technical skills in SAP S/4 HANA architecture, configuration, and customisation.
  • Able to design and implement complex SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies and methodologies, data migration, and system landscape design.
  • SAP certification (e.g., SAP S/4HANA for Procurement) is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Effective planning, organisation, and delegation skills.
  • High energy, tenacity, and enthusiasm for delivering results.
