Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to launch your career in finance recruitment? We are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Northampton, working with clients and candidates at mid to senior level in the London market.

Our Training Academy provides a comprehensive training programme that equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, driving sales and building long-term client and candidate relationships.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission potential in your first year. You will also benefit from a range of perks, including a fully paid iPhone XR, generous employer-matched pension, and private healthcare.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Key skills include self-confidence, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to forge long-term client and candidate relationships.
