We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in providing healthy, varied, and nutritious meals for our young people and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and cooking of meals in our professional kitchen environment.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and throughout the school.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our young people.
- Communicate effectively with our staff and young people to understand their needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and comfortable environment for our young people and staff.
Requirements:
- A Level 1 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond quickly to requests for assistance.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our young people.
