Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business client relationships, sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates, achieving recruitment sales targets, and managing the candidate experience through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Develop new business client relationships via different methods such as cold calling, booking calls, and sending prospective candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Enter job applicants' CVs and contact details as well as clients' into our company database for future reference.
  • Candidate Management: Establish a strong network of candidates within your niche market space.
  • Recruitment Sales: Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies, achieving recruitment sales targets, and working to deadlines to achieve set sales objectives.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate experience through the recruitment process; from selling the opportunity through to the offer stage.
  • Marketing: Produce and post job adverts to help attract relevant candidates and produce and post LinkedIn content to help establish your personal and ARTO's Brand.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Recent Degree and/OR Sales Experience desirable.
