Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively in the candidate sourcing process, including identifying potential healthcare professionals, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Utilize sales and business development strategies to prospect new clients and expand our client base.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, targets, and objectives consistently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest standards of client and candidate service.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate shifts on a busy temporary staffing desk and manage the on-call phone on a shared rota basis.

  • Experience in managing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
