To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent">
  • 8+ years of experience as a software engineer with a solid portfolio of building distributed systems">
  • 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, leading multiple teams working on large-scale systems">
  • A background in software development that includes design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development">

Salary and Benefits
