Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to join our team at EMIS. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software professionals to deliver high-quality products and services.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality and technical standards. Additionally, you will identify and address operational challenges, drive agile delivery across teams, and implement processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and delivery of projects to meet quality and technical standards
- Identify and address operational challenges to ensure reliability and performance
- Drive agile delivery across teams to meet business objectives
- Implement processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software development and leadership
- Strong technical background in software development (e.g., Net/Python, React, TypeScript)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
