About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing, a leading residential construction arm of a major housing association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple residential projects, ranging from Section 106 schemes to large multi-tenure Joint Ventures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multifaceted teams on safety, quality, programme, and commercial forecasting
  • Work closely with contractor, developer, and consultant partners to deliver projects
  • Proactively manage projects and report effectively on project progress
  • Meet internal and external delivery targets, monitoring and managing project delivery risks
  • Ensure health and safety and build quality meet high standards
Requirements
  • Residential construction delivery experience from both the public and private sectors
  • Competent user of Excel, MS suite, Pamwin, or similar commercial appraisal packages
  • Excellent presenting skills and a track record of delivering successful construction developments
  • Ability to work well in a team and promote a team ethos
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
