We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Hearing Care Specialist to join our Amplifon team in Swindon.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about clinical care and commercially minded, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care and service.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to manage your diary and greet customers, ensuring a seamless experience for patients.

You will have access to top-of-the-range testing equipment and the latest hearing aids, allowing you to provide the best clinical service to your patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Administering hearing tests and assessing client needs
  • Providing an aftercare service in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme
  • Managing the clinic with the support of a Sales & Customer Advisor
  • Ensuring a professional, courteous, and high-quality service

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC
