What You'll Do
  • Embark on a 2-year graduate development scheme with continuous professional and technical mentorship.
  • Work on a variety of live projects, applying your skills and knowledge to deliver complex engineering solutions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of how a fast-paced engineering business works and how it delivers to its customers via unique processes and teamwork aligned to systems engineering principles and practices.
  • Participate in secondments to various departments, completing specific graduate development activities and learning from experienced engineers.
  • Develop your time management skills while working concurrently on multiple projects.
  • Receive the necessary training for specific tasks and opportunities for continuing professional development.
