Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at The Londoner. As a key member of our pastry team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Chefs in the implementation of our signature concept, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Chefs in the implementation of our signature concept, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
  • Direct the junior brigade to ensure a high level of food is always executed in the restaurant.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels alongside the brigade.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate passion and culinary standards within a rosette standard operation, either within a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
