Technical Skills

  • Networking fundamentals.
  • Experience administering Windows 10/11 and Server 2012 and above.
  • Windows Server 2012 and above administration.
  • Financial services and/or MSP experience.
  • Microsoft certification.
  • Policy management basics (Group Policy & Intune).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT with a proven track record of excellent customer service.
  • Proactive and flexible nature.
