About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Pool and Public Areas Maintenance Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our Subtropical Swimming Pool and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the changing rooms, patrolling and cleaning the village guest areas
  • Welcome guests into the Subtropical Swimming Paradise and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is achieved and maintained across all areas
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve our goals

Requirements

  • Awareness of general standards of cleanliness and a keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic technology literacy (for example, use of tablets, apps, smart phone functions)
