About the Role

At Center Parcs, we're committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a member of our Housekeeping team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our accommodation and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the changing rooms, patrolling and cleaning the village guest areas
  • Welcome guests into the Subtropical Swimming Paradise and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve a high standard of cleanliness across all areas
  • Ensure attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Awareness of general standards of cleanliness and a keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic technology literacy (for example, use of tablets, apps, smart phone functions)
