Community Support Liaison

At Stori, we are seeking a Community Support Liaison to deliver a high-quality support service to vulnerable individuals with complex needs. The successful applicant will empower and enable people to shape their lives, develop new skills, and gain independence.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. Ideally, applicants will have experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle, and be able to prove their right to work in the UK. Interviews will be held in Bangor shortly after the closing date.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assisting clients with daily tasks and activities
- Developing and implementing support plans to meet individual needs
