TRS Staffing Solutions Role: Maintenance Planner in Wales, Northop (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office)
12-month Contract
We are working with a leading EPC company to find an experienced Maintenance Planner for their exciting project.
About the Role
- Support the Maintenance Support Co-ordinator with the control and delivery of planned maintenance activities in accordance with HSE Policy and Procedures.
- Prioritise, resource and plan major and asset integrity-related work and/or breakdown activities in synergy with the Technical Planning department.
- Develop shutdown schedules incorporating business forecasts, field development projects, and maintenance strategies.
- Prepare plans for complex work, rotating equipment programs, and routine outages.
- Schedule Offshore and Onshore Planners and Schedulers effectively and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Day Planning meetings, rough-cut planning meetings, and weekly backlog reviews.
- Liaise with the technical authority to optimize critical equipment maintenance.
- Prepare ISP planning Campaign and Satellites Maintenance Campaign.
- Daily contact with offshore and onshore sites to track and report plans.
- Co-ordinate and support execution of major and non-routine maintenance jobs.
- Support minor plant shutdowns including scope of work, spares, resources, and tools.
- Coordinate third-party business mobilisation and plans.
Requirements
- Familiarity with SAP/MS Project/Primavera.
- Knowledge of operational methods and details related to daily activities of a maintenance engineering office.
- Extensive experience in planning and control of multi-disciplinary activities.
- Previous experience in the upstream O&G industry with significant exposure to offshore and onshore projects.
- Good working knowledge of software applications such as MS Office, SAP, MS Project, and Primavera.
Salary is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, pension scheme, and training opportunities. This role offers the chance to work with a leading EPC company and gain valuable experience in maintenance planning.
