About the Role

As a Lead Operations Technician at EVEREC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our synthetic fuel production facilities. You will be responsible for leading a team of Operations Technicians and ensuring that all production processes are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Operations Technicians to achieve production targets.
  • Develop and implement procedures for routine maintenance and repairs of process equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising and motivating a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of high-temperature process equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with operating test rig software.
  • Ability to interpret and apply knowledge of P&ID drawings.
  • Team player
  • Can do attitude.
  • Apprentice trained to ONC/HNC NVQ or C&G level 3/BSc Chemical Engineering or equivalent

Salary: £45k to £50k per annum.

Location: Oxfordshire, UK.
