Job Title: CPN - Adults Psych Liaison

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated CPN to join their Adult Psych Liaison team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with professional Community Psychiatric Nurses to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside experienced CPNs to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
  • Contribute to the development of a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the planning and implementation of patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC
  • Proven experience within a CPN recovery role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
