Job Title: CPN Band 6 Psych Liaison

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join their Adult Psych Liaison team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with professional Community Psychiatric Nurses to provide high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and diligent CPN to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CPN recovery roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience within a CPN recovery role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
