Make a Difference: Adult Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Adult Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Mile End, East London. As an Adult Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live independently and maintain their dignity.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in adult healthcare, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with medication management and administration
  • Participating in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in adult healthcare or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support
