Holiday Helper Job Role

We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Holiday Helper team at Tesco. As a Holiday Helper, you will be responsible for supporting the festive season shopping experience and ensuring that customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide information about products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Take initiative to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
