About the Role

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on foreign exchange options and currency requirements. You'll work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
