Creative Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead our team in developing groundbreaking social first ideas, advocacy-led content, and product launches across all media.

As a key member of our creative department, you will partner with the Managing Partner to develop strong senior client relationships and gain a true understanding of the local business.

You will lead a small but prolific team of talented and trusted creatives, bridging seamlessly with our in-house social content team to produce effective, original, and meaningful ideas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Exuding a spirit of generosity and perceptiveness towards others in the agency
  • Encouraging a community where diversity and inclusiveness is championed and represented in both the workplace and in the work created
  • Identifying and navigating potential award-winning work
  • Retaining a solution-led mindset

Additionally, you will work closely with the Global ECD to ensure the tone and quality of all communications are appropriate for the brand, considering the local clients' brief to resonate with the British public while remaining respectful of the global brand aesthetic and brand values.
